Assistant Coach 

Matt Decker has been the pitching coach for DFW Post Grad since the beginning in 2021.  Matt played collegiately at NOC Enid, New Mexico Junior College and Incarnate Word as a LHP.  His playing experience and wealth of knowledge on the mound has translated into a career in coaching.  Matt runs the pitching program at Top Prospect Academy as the Pitching Coordinator, working with several elite high school and college pitchers, as well as working with several players in pro ball when he is not working with the post graduate program.  Matt recently has been promoted to Head Coach for DFW Post Grad as of the Spring of 2024.

Matt is recently married and enjoys weekends on his boat at Lake Lewisville with friends and family.  We are thrilled to have Coach Decker leading our team into the future.
